Archive:List of channels on TV Cabo (September 2004)
On September 28, 2004, TV Cabo unveiled a new channel numbering plan for digital users; up until then, the channel line-up had its over fifty channels distributed over a disparate, mixed line-up, the new line-up was created to sort the channels by category.
Under the new line-up, 1-9 was reserved for the terrestrial channels and the RTP and SIC channels, as well as the prospective ones for TVI. 10-19 was for entertainment channels in Portuguese. 20-29 for sports, starting with SportTV. 30-39 for children's channels, starting with Disney Channel. 40-49 for documentaries. 50-59 for movie and series channels, starting with the Lusomundo channels. 60-69 for music channels. 70-79 for news channels. 80-89 for international channels. Adult channels and channels of other topics on 90-99.
The line-up was valid only for digital subscribers.
